I’m Ildiko Duna – mentor –

and I know what it’s like when life shifts beneath your feet.

When the roles you once played no longer fit, and you find yourself standing in unfamiliar territory – whether it’s the end of a relationship, the beginning of motherhood, a career shift, a major move, or simply a deep, internal shift you can’t quite name.

It’s disorienting. It’s uncertain.

And yet, somewhere deep inside, you know: you can’t go back to who you were – but you don’t yet see who you’re becoming.

For 15 years, I was a senior executive, excelling in a world where expectations were clear—both from others and from the deep, internal programming I had absorbed over a lifetime.

I knew exactly who I needed to be to be respected, valued, and loved.

So I became her.

I followed all the rules. I met every expectation.

And yet, I felt an unexplainable tension, a constant push to keep proving myself, to keep meeting standards that were never truly mine.

Then… something cracked.

I started searching for who I truly was beneath the roles, the masks, and the constant need to meet expectations.

Throughout my life, I have experienced all but one (retirement) of the major life transitions listed above.

In addition to these, I have also faced two profound turning points that completely shattered everything – my identity, my surroundings, and every sense of stability – forcing me to start over from nothing.

I have traveled to more than 60 countries, seeking wisdom, truth, and a deeper understanding of myself.

I immersed myself in over 200 self-awareness and spiritual methods, constantly uncovering and helaing deeper layers of my being.

I spent more than 2,500 hours in meditation – not just to quiet my mind, but to find the truth of who I am.

On this path, I found my inner peace and a true connection with myself.

And along the way, I started guiding others.

I worked as a business coach, supporting leaders in breaking through limitations, becoming trusted and integrity-driven leaders, and finding themselves within the demands of expectations and the pressure to perform – impacting every area of their lives.

I led women’s circles, creating spaces where women could reconnect with themselves – not through more striving, but through remembering.

I facilitated Silence Retreats, offering the depth for self-exploration and the profound experience of truly meeting oneself.
